5 Ways To Impress a Girl

1. Impressing a Girl You Don't Know Well.
Dress to impress. Not only will you look and smell more attractive, taking care of your grooming shows her that you're mature and capable of important daily tasks. Also pay attention to the style of clothes that she wears, and wear the same style of clothing, this will help her to relate with you and find you overall more attractive. And pay particular attention to these areas:
Shower at least once a day. Wash your hair, soap up all over, and rinse off. Use a nice smelling shower scrub as well, something not too feminine, but not too masculine either, maybe try a smell like mint, or lemon.
Keep your mouth clean. Brush twice daily, floss, and use mouthwash. For help in the middle of the day, use breath mints and chewing gum.
Manage facial hair by shaving daily. If you're growing facial hair, make sure it's trimmed to a uniform length, and not scraggly or unruly. If you tend to have a unibrow, consider plucking any stray hairs over your nose.
Wear a combination deodorant-antiperspirant. Apply it as soon as you get out of the shower in the morning. Make sure it also doesn't smell too feminine or too masculine either.
Go easy on the cologne. You can use a few sprays of cologne or body spray, but don't go over 2.
Wear clean clothes. If you find yourself scrambling for fresh laundry, consider setting up a regular washing schedule, like doing all your laundry every Sunday night.

2.Be polite.

Being well-mannered doesn't mean you're boring — it means you know how to treat other people with respect, a quality most girls want in their boyfriends. Show her you know how to be considerate by doing these things for everyone, not just her:
Say "please," "thank you" and "you're welcome." As well as asking with a "I'd appreciate it if" or "I would like for you..."
If someone is walking through a door behind you, hold it open for him or her.
Avoid cursing or saying anything crude in public, or in mixed company. It's fine to relax a little around your friends, but try to show your best side around people you don't know well.
For more help, see How to Have Good Manners.

3.Think before you speak.
Everyone slips up and says stupid things, but try your best to limit it when you're around this girl. Take a few seconds to evaluate what you're going to say before you spit it out.
Don't talk up other girls. You might think making her jealous is a good idea, but steer clear. Discussing the looks of other girls in front of her will make you seem shallow and fickle. As far as she knows, she's the only one you're interested in.
Avoid coming off as a bully. Don't throw out careless insults or put other people down, even if they're meant to be funny. She might not be able to pick up on your humorous tone and take your words at face value.
Don't tell dirty jokes. There's a time and place for wicked humor — and it's when you're hanging out with your guy friends. Keep on a lid on it when you're around her.
4.Pay her a sincere compliment.
One thing you should say when you're around her is a nice, genuine compliment. It's not as difficult as it seems! Here's what to do:
Think of what you like best about her. It could be her smile, her laugh, her intelligence — whatever strikes you as her best quality. (The only caveat to this is that you should not compliment her on any physical traits except her eyes or her smile. She might have a great figure, but now's not the time.)
Do it semi-privately. You don't have to get her completely alone to pay her a compliment, but try not to do it with all of her friends or your friends listening closely. You could also pull it off in a text or instant message.

Keep it short and sweet. No need to wax poetic for three or four minutes on her best qualities. A simple one-liner will do.
Pay attention to how you word it. Instead of saying "That's a pretty dress" or "I like your outfit," say "You look really great in that dress." Compliment the woman, not the article of clothing!
Get the body language right. Smile! Keep eye contact while you say it, too.
5.Make her feel special.
Find little ways to let her know that you think she's an extraordinary person, and she'll definitely notice.
Don't ignore her or play hard to get. If she texts you, text back. If she wants to talk, try to make the time even if it's slightly inconvenient.
Go out of your way to help her. If she could use a hand with something, offer your assistance! It could be carrying heavy or cumbersome items, going with her to run an errand, or talking to her through a difficult situation.

Let her talk.
The #1 mistake when talking to a girl is focusing on yourself. Girls are way more comfortable when they talk about common interests. Ask about her interests, hobbies, favorite books, music, etc. If she asks you a question, answer it in a few, short sentences and then redirect the question back at her. This engages her in the conversation.
Start an inside joke with her! By doing this the two of you will share a secret connection that is shared between only the two of you. This will make her feel special, included and closer to you. It will also give you an easy-to-come-up-with conversation starter. But keep in mind, if you overuse the inside joke, it could quickly go from fun to boring, so only use it when you must.

Sandeep Lamichhane becomes first Nepal player to get IPL contract

The 17-year-old, the only Nepal player in the IPL auction, was sold at his base price of Rs 20 lakh.

ENGALURU: Sandeep Lamichhane today became the first cricketer from Nepal to land a deal an IPL contract when he was picked by Delhi Daredevils in the ongoing players auction here. The 17-year-old, the only Nepal player in the IPL auction, was sold at his base price of Rs 20 lakh.

The leg-spinner rose to prominence with a successful outing at the 2016 U-19 World Cup where he guided Nepal to a creditable eighth place. He hogged the limelight by becoming the second-highest wicket-taker in the tournament with 14 scalps in six innings at an average of 17 and an economy of 4.67.

Sandeep had scalped five wickets in two warm-up games and was also part of Nepal's first match against New Zealand, which they won by 32 runs.

However, his moment of glory awaited him in the next match against Ireland when Sandeep took a hat-trick, becoming only the fifth bowler in history to achieve the feat in the under-19 World Cup. His five-wicket haul helped Nepal notch up an eight- wicket win over Ireland and enter the knockout stages for the second time in their seventh World Cup appearance.

Sandeep's performance caught the attention of former Australian captain Michael Clarke, who picked the teenager to play alongside him for Kowloon Cantoons in the Hong Kong T20 Blitz. Later Clarke also invited the leg-spinner to play for his team Western Suburbs in the NSW Premier Cricket season in Australia.

Born in Syangja, Sandeep had spent two-three years in India as a child when his father was working in the Indian railways.

Submissions for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film ( Caravan ) Nominated

Nepal is among over one hundred countries that have submitted films for consideration for the Caravan, was nominated for an Oscar.
Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. Nepal made its first submission in 1999. The Foreign Language Film award is handed out annually by the United States Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to a feature-length motion picture produced outside the United States that contains primarily non-English dialogue.[1] As of 2017, nine Nepalese films have been submitted for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. Nepal's initial submission,
The film is a narrative on the both traditions and the impermanent nature of human struggle to retain and express power in the face of the gods. "The gods triumph" is the call that echoes at the end of the film and expresses the balancing of karmic destinies. The extreme environment of the Himalayas is magnificently contrasted to the delicacy of humanity and the beauty of Tibetan culture.

The film depicts not only the life style of the upper Dolpo people of the mid western uphills of Nepal but also their traditional customs, for example celestial burial.

Himalaya was shot in widescreen over nine months on location in a region that can only be reached on foot, with all but two characters played by real chiefs, lamas and local villagers. Director Eric Valli has lived in Nepal since 1983 and is also a photographer and author. His work is regularly published in National Geographic Magazine , GEO magazine and Life magazines.
Himalaya is a story set against the backdrop of the Nepalese Himalayas. At an altitude of five thousand metres in the remote mountain region of Dolpa, Himalaya is the story of villagers who take a caravan of yaks across the mountains, carrying rock salt from the high plateau down to the lowlands to trade for grain.

At the beginning of the film, Lhakpa, the heir to the chieftainship of the tribe is revealed to have died in a botched attempt to navigate a shortcut.

An annual event, the caravan provides the grain that the villagers depend on to survive the winter. The film unfolds as a story of rivalry based on misunderstanding and distrust, between the aging chief, Tinle, and the young daring herdsman, Karma, who is both a friend and a rival to the chief's family, as they struggle for leadership of the caravan. The elders of the tribe assert that Karma should lead the caravan in the absence of Lhakpa, but Tinle objects and insists that someone else should lead the caravan.

Karma, seeking to prove himself as a worthy leader, departs a few days before the scheduled departure of the caravan, leaving behind only the youngest and oldest members of the tribe. Karma's relatives plead with Karma not to leave as leaving before the scheduled departure of the caravan was seen as deceitful. Karma does not heed this warning, and soon the elders of the tribe congregate to determine which households still had remaining salt. Tinle decides to lead the remainder of the community in a caravan with the remaining salt, recruiting his monastic son, Norbou, to join his endeavours, on the original set day of departure. Tinle soon catches up with Karma's caravan, despite Karma having taken a shortcut and having left days earlier. Tinle asserts his leadership, and Karma acts as a role model to Tinle's grandson Tserin. Tinle predicts an oncoming snowstorm and immediately commands the caravan to depart immediately, which Karma refutes as the sky is clear. Karma stays behind as Tinle and the rest of the caravan departs.

When the snowstorm sets, Tinle grows weary and exhausted, and in ensuring that the caravan is remaining a cohesive unit, Tinle collapses in the snow. Karma arrives, having realized his mistake, and carries Tinle to the front of the caravan. The caravan is successful in reaching a landmark and survives the snowstorm, but Tinle collapses at the landmark, asking to be left to die. The leaders of the caravan agree, indicating that Tinle, as masters of the mountains, should honour his wishes to peacefully pass away in the mountains rather than the flatlands.

The film ends with Tinle's monastic son, Norbou, honouring the legacy of Tinle by painting a monastery wall with the caravan's adventures.

Iran special forces chief tells Trump Tehran will respond to any hostile action ( War of Words )

ANKARA (Reuters) - An Iranian military commander said on Thursday that Donald Trump should address any threats against Tehran directly to him, and mocked the U.S. president as using the language of "night clubs and gambling halls".

The comments by Major-General Qassem Soleimani, who heads the Quds Force of Iran's powerful Revolutionary Guards Corps, were the latest salvo in a war of words between the two countries.

"As a soldier, it is my duty to respond to Trump's threats. If he wants to use the language of threat, he should talk to me, not to the president (Hassan Rouhani)," Soleimani was quoted as saying by the Iranian Young Journalists' Club. Soleimani's message was in essence a warning to the United states to stop threatening Iran with war or risk exposing itself to an Iranian response. "We are near you, where you can't even imagine...Come. We are ready. If you begin the war, we will end the war," Tasnim news agency quoted Soleimani as saying.
On Sunday night, Trump said in a tweet directed at Rouhani: "Never, ever threaten the United States again or you will suffer consequences the likes of which few throughout history have ever suffered before. We are no longer a country that will stand for your demented words of violence & death. Be cautious!"

A day earlier, Rouhani had addressed Trump in a speech, saying that hostile U.S. policies could lead to "the mother of all wars". Fanning the heightened tensions, U.S. national security adviser John Bolton said in a statement on Monday: "President Trump told me that if Iran does anything at all to the negative, they will pay a price like few countries have ever paid before." Bolton is a proponent of interventionist foreign policy and was U.S. ambassador to the United Nations in the administration of George W. Bush during the Iraq war.

"You (Trump) threaten us with paying a price like few countries have ever paid. Trump, this is the language of night clubs and gambling halls," said Soleimani, who as Quds Force commander is in charge of the Revolutionary Guards' overseas operations.

WAR OF WORDS
Since Trump's decision in May to withdraw the United States from a 2015 nuclear agreement between Iran and world powers, Tehran's clerical establishment has been under increasing U.S. pressure and the prospect of possible sanctions.

Washington aims to force Tehran to end its nuclear program and its support of militant groups in the Middle East, where Iran is involved in proxy wars from Yemen to Syria.

Despite the bellicose rhetoric, there is limited appetite in Washington for a conflict with Iran, not least because of the difficulties the U.S. military faced in Iraq after its 2003 invasion but also because of the impact on the global economy if conflict raised oil prices.

Mounting U.S. economic pressure, a faltering economy, sliding currency and state corruption are rattling Iran's clerical rulers, but analysts and insiders rule out any chance of a seismic shift in Iran's political landscape. "This is a war of words. Neither side want a military confrontation. But of course, if America attacks Iran, our response will be crushing," a senior Iranian official, who asked not to be named, told Reuters.

Trump suggested on Tuesday that talks with Iran were an option, saying "we're ready to make a real deal". But Iran rejected it. While the United States is pushing countries to cut all imports of Iranian oil from November, Iran has warned of counter-measures and has threatened to block Gulf oil exports if its own exports are halted.

"The Red Sea which was secure is no longer secure today with the presence of American forces," Soleimani said. Saudi Arabia said on Thursday it was temporarily halting all oil shipments through the Red Sea shipping lane of Bab al-Mandeb after an attack on two oil tankers by Yemen’s Iran-aligned Houthi movement.

Two Russian military planes flew into South Korea’s Air Defense Identification Zone four times on Friday, the Korean military said.

The South Korean air force scrambled fighter jets and issued a warning after identifying two Russian planes coming from the country’s East Sea around 1:41 p.m. on Friday, according to a text message sent to reporters from the Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff. The Russian planes entered the zone three more times during Friday afternoon, passing over the Korea’s east coast and waters near the country’s southernmost island of Jeju.

South Korea’s defense ministry complained about the infringement on the Korean defense zone at a meeting with Andrey P. Falileev, a Russian colonel in Seoul, Yonhap News Agency reported on Saturday, citing the ministry. The Russian planes were said to be TU-95 long-range strategic bombers, Yonhap reported without citing anyone.

Russian planes entered the defense zone several times this year but it is the first time they have done it multiple times in a day, Yonhap reported, citing an unidentified official at Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff. A Chinese military plan flew into the zone three times in 2018, claiming it was a regular drill

The Mountain Region ( NEPAL)

Nepal is HEAVEN  situated in between tow big countries  i.e  in the north(China) and in the South(India). Nepal is the only country where there is diverse climate. i.e COLD,MODERATE and HOT.

Nepal is divided into three Geographical Regions among them COLD region or Mountaain Region.
is being discussion.....

The Mountain Region (called Parbat in Nepali) is situated at 4,000 meters or more above sea level to the north of the Hill Region. The Mountain Region constitutes the central portion of the Himalayan range originating in the Pamirs, a high altitude region of Central Asia. Its natural landscape includes Mount Everest and the other seven of the world's ten highest peaks, which are the legendary habitat of the mythical creature, the yeti, or abominable snowman. In general, the snow line occurs between 5,000 and 5,500 meters. The region is characterized by inclement climatic and rugged topographic conditions, and human habitation and economic activities are extremely limited and arduous. Indeed, the region is sparsely populated, and whatever farming activity exists is mostly confined to the low-lying valleys and the river basins, such as the upper Kali Gandaki Valley. The world Higest mountain lies in Nepal called Mt.Everest of height 8,848 sq,,.

In the early 1990s, pastoralism and trading were common economic activities among mountain dwellers. Because of their heavy dependence on herding and trading, transhumance was widely practiced. While the herders moved their goths (temporary animal shelters) in accordance with the seasonal climatic rhythms, traders also migrated seasonally between highlands and lowlands, buying and selling goods and commodities in order to generate muchneeded income and to secure food supplies.

MEET THE PEOPLE OF NEPAL

Press your hands together and say Namaste to watch the people of Nepal return your gesture with some of the largest most welcoming smiles in the world. It may seem cliche but Nepal's people are some of the most friendly you will ever encounter.  Namaste the common form of greeting each other in Nepal, means in Sanskrit "the divine in me bows to the divine in you".

Nepal is a diverse country and home to multiple religions, race, tribes, and cultures. The country with over 100 ethnic groups is litterly a melting pot of many (more then 90) languages and ethnicity.

It's fascinating to learn how all these different groups of people adapted to their environment in their own ways. Becuase of the innaccessibilty of the mountains you can vistit people for who it seemed time stood still. Oxes plough the land, black smiths make the tools the villagers need still with hand, food is prepared Chulo's the Nepali wood oven's made of mud.  Visiting Nepali villages is like visiting an open air history museum.

In the big cities of Nepal modern live is mixed with ancient traditions mostly visible during festivals, but who walks through the small alleys of Kathmandu or Patan where buyers and sellers of handicrafts,  spices and clothes give life to a unique city experience you will only find in Nepal its  also feels like you are thrown back in history.

Did you know that when you meet people in Nepal they will probably ask;  "Have you had your tea?" or "Have you had your lunch?" instead of asking "How are you?". However, the primary intention is to know about your health. So, if you honestly answer that you haven't, then there is a high probability that you'll get invited to their place in the very next conversation.

Perhaps, this is the major reason, why a tourist cannot remain a tourist for a long time in Nepal. Once a tourist begins to know the place and its people, he is no longer a stranger - he is a valued guest, and guests are considered Gods in Nepal.

The best ways to meet the people of Nepal are during trekking, strolling the streets of the cities and during one of several day tours offered by local tourism operators.

Experience to be treated as a God on you next visit to Nepal.
