Lousy airport WiFi: North Korea gets a modern staple: lousy airport WiFi

North Korea is continuing to slowly embrace modern technology, although not in the ways you might like.

North Korea is continuing to slowly embrace modern technology, although not in the ways you might like. The AP's Eric Talmadge has discovered that Pyongyang's airport now has WiFi, with $2 getting you 30 minutes of online time. But just like many airport hotspots, it doesn't appear to be usable -- Talmadge couldn't get a valid login even after enlisting the help of a supervisor, and it had trouble opening a page in the process. It's unclear whether this was a one-time problem or reflective of poor maintenance, but the signal is definitely there.

Why is Baburam Bhattarai in Oli's residence Balakot?

And 45 minutes left. According to an intellectuals affiliated with the new power, Bhattarai has already conveyed the message to 'Olias ready to support' the need for the stable government and the economic prosperity agenda.

Bhattarai claimed that there was no such thing in the Oli meeting.

While Balalkot sources claimed that Bhattarai's colleague had met Oli's request, claiming that he was meeting in Bhattarai's initiative.

Surprising Health Benefits of Coffee " Lets challenge with Winter"

You don't have to feel guilty for grabbing another cup when you have this much to gain.

  1. Coffee reduces disease-causing inflammation.

  •         We're not talking about the inflammation caused by a killer workout, we mean the type of disease-causing inflammation that's spurred and worsened by old age. Caffeine has an amazing influence on your immune system—so much in fact that nearly all the other health benefits below could be explained by its ability to fight and ward off disease (like type 2 diabetes and heart disease), according to research published in Nature Medicine. In short, caffeine blocks certain receptors on brain cells, which is how coffee has its stimulating "wake-up" effect. In impeding these receptors, caffeine also blocks pathways that product inflammatory molecules, the researchers found. So, as you age, don't be wary of coffee. In this study, the older men and women who drank more caffeine had fewer inflammatory molecules; they also had lower blood pressure and more flexible arteries, more relatives who lived past age 90, and were healthier overall.

2. Promotes mental sharpness

You may not be entirely powerless to prevent mental decline, but, according to one study, coffee may be able to bolster your brain. Researchers discovered participants who drank 3 to 5 cups of coffee per day had about a 65% decreased chance of developing Alzheimer’s disease or dementia later on in life.

3. Protect your ticker

Anybody who’s serious about health knows the importance of a healthy cardiovascular system. What you may not know is by simply drinking 1 to 2 cups of coffee per day, you could significantly reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease-related death. According to a Japanese study of more than 76,000 participants, men who hit this sweet spot (1-2 cups per day) consuming one to two cups of coffee daily reduced their risk of dying from a cardiovascular disease by as much as 38%. Of course, this still doesn’t excuse you from doing actual cardio. (And if you really hate it that much, check out 8 cardio workouts for the guy who hates cardio.)

4. Limit your everyday pain

Are you in pain during the course of a typical workday? It’s not that unusual. But, what is surprising is the degree to which many people feel rejuvenated following a coffee break—there's a reason why. Norwegian researchers observed 48 people performing office work and found those who consumed coffee only declared a pain-intensity level of 41, whereas participants who didn’t drink any coffee reported having a score of 55.

5. Promote weight loss

If your focus is weight loss, green coffee extract could be an effective aid. Following a 22-week study of 16 overweight adults, researchers discovered participants given green coffee bean extract had undergone significant weight loss with 37.5% of them transitioning from being at a pre-obesity weight to a normal weight range. If you’re battling the bulge, consider complementing your workouts by looking at the green bean capsule aisle of your local health nutrition store.

Experts estimate those prohibition will severely impact the North Korean economy in the coming months, and by March the nation’s people will find themselves in dire circumstances.

While Christmas is not typically a major holiday in North Korea, some of its citizens have been known to practice Christianity and observe the holy day in the past.
Kim Jong Un officially banned that practice last year, instead directing all citizens who would have celebrated the holiday to instead commemorate the December 24,1919 -- the birthdate of the leader’s grandmother instead.

Kim has made attempts to stop Christmas from spilling over the nation’s border in the past as well. For years, South Korea erected a 30-foot tall tree of lights on a hill near the infamous demilitarized zone that could be seen from North Korea.

Several years ago, North Korea reportedly said that lighting the tree would result in "unexpected consequences."

Selena Gomez's Mom Reportedly Taken to Hospital After Learning About 'Serious' Justin Bieber Romance

The never-ending Jelena relationship can be a lot for some to handle.

Speaking of hospitals, Selena Gomez's mother Mandy Teefey—one of those aforementioned people who are more successful and important than you—was reportedly taken to one after being informed of the seriousness with which her daughter and Justin Bieber are treating their apparent reunion.

If the news hasn't sent you to the hospital at least once this year, then you're probably not paying close enough attention. Of course, by "news" I mean poorly constructed articles about the supposed dating lives of people infinitely more successful and important than you. These articles are traditionally rife with words like alleged and reportedly, and are almost always accompanied by an all-caps headline that even a pun-loving fifth grader would be embarrassed to have permanently attached to their writing career.

Predictably, this fresh #news cake comes from the bakers at TMZ. According to their painful-to-read report, Teefey got "so worked up" when she was filled in on recent Bieber x Gomez developments. TMZ's sources said Teefey was voluntarily transported to a hospital  after a family member requested authorities perform a welfare check on her at a hotel in the Los Angeles area. That same day, these sources claimed Teefey had a "heated" discussion with Gomez during which the singer revealed she and Bieber were undergoing couples therapy. Teefey was released later that day.

Why Virat Kohli is crrying this day and then went on to establish his cricket calibre

December 19, 2006 is a date that will always bring tears to Virat Kohli’s eyes. However, it was the day that also provided a young Kohli with his coming of age moment. It was the day when a boy became a man and the rest is history.

It was the third day of a Ranji Trophy super league game between hosts Delhi and Karnataka. Virat Kohli, only 18 then, was unbeaten on 40 overnight and had a big job to do as his side still needed 192 runs to avoid the follow-on. However, early in the morning, Kohli’s life turned upside down when he received the shocking news of his father’s death.

For Virat Kohli, his father Prem was everything from being a friend to a guide. His loss, as expected, had numbed him. Yet, the youngster was back on the ground after being part of his father’s cremation ceremony in the morning. Wearing a blank look, he batted with a steel in his eyes. He didn’t speak even a single word to anyone in the middle, but his bat did the talking. He eventually got out for 90, but by then he had ensured safety for his side.

The day was not about runs, though. It gave the first glimpse of Kohli’s steely determination that would become a hallmark of Kohli’s cricketing career in years to come.

The story of how Virat Kohli overcame the loss of his father and returned to cricket ground to bat is well chronicled in cricket writer Vijay Lokapally’s book on the Indian captain, Driven.

Since that day, Kohli has not looked back as in his only eight-year long international career, he has scored more than 15000 runs with the help of 52 centuries. The way he is going at present, he seems to be the only batsman capable of emulating Sachin Tendulkar’s feat of 100 international tons.
