Why Zuck apologizes for ....????

Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg has taken out a full page ad in the Washington Post, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and six UK papers today to apologize Cambridge Analytica scandal, according to CNN's Brian Stelter.

  • The ad starts in bold letters, saying:
"We have a responsibility to protect your information. If we can't, we don't deserve it."

You may have heard about a quiz app built by a university researcher that leaked Facebook data of millions of people in 2014. This was a breach of trust, and I'm sorry we didn't do more at the time. We're now taking steps to make sure this doesn't happen again.

We've already stopped apps like this from getting so much information. Now we're limiting the data apps get when you sign in using Facebook.

We're also investigating every single app that had access to large amounts of data before we fixed this. We expect there are others. And when we find them, we will ban them and tell everyone affected.

Finally, we'll remind you of which apps you've given access to your information — so you can shut off the ones you don't want anymore.

Thank you for believing in this community. I promise to do better for you.

Mark Zuckerberg

AWESOME WEATHER FOR CLIMBING MOUNTAINS IN NEPAL

Solukhumbu - Pimba Sherpa of Okhaladunga, found in the basketball camp in April 2016, told that the last time he came to the Sagarmatha Arohana. Sherpa, who had lost the peak seven times, said, 'There are families. I have done a lot of trouble. How much life will we ride now? 'But the Pemba started the eighth time Sagarmatha in April 2018 from Tibeti.

At this time, he is going to climb a foreign team from Nepal. 'If I leave, it has been many times, but after the season starts, I am excited to kiss the peak again, "he said," there is no other profession, mountain is not good for living. "Pemba Climbing Guide is also there. He is a member of the Sagarmatha Asahi Sangh, who continues to revolve the way of the peak.

In April 2016, Anapa Luitel of Jhapa, who was found at the base for the Sagarmatha climbing, had arrived in April, as soon as he reached. He succeeded. Then, quietly about Arohan, he is preparing for second-year-old climbing this year.

Pemba and Anash are not only Such hundreds of climbers have begun to kiss the peak again with a dream. When it comes to an accident, the ascendant's heart reaches all the seagrams of the ocean. Even if the mountain climbing starts, once the peak is mounted, many are like drugs. Just like playing a game with other sports, the same is the kind of mountain climbing. So often the climbers do not hesitate to climb a mountain only once. Who is not able to kiss the world's highest head over it?

Waiting from the end to the last sixth of the month, the last attempt to ascend the ascetic peak will be in the last attempt. The crowd of foreigners seems more than a Nepali climb. This year, Arohana is likely to start the season. Now the Lukla-based Tenzing Hillary Airport will be busy for a few months. Khumbhka za hotels are clean and looking for businessmen. The tents will be placed like the fair in the Everest basement. Not only does the base area mountaineering throughout the world, but tourists who travel from various places of the world will be filled with flavors

ALL ABOUT SOPHIA ROBOT ( SOCIAL ROBOT )

Sophia is a social humanoid robot developed by Hong Kong-based company Hanson Robotics. Sophia was activated on April 19, 2015 and made her first public appearance at South by Southwest Festival (SXSW) in mid-March 2016 in Austin, Texas, United States. She is able to display more than 62 facial expressions.

  1. History

Sophia was created by Hanson Robotics in collaboration with AI developers, including Google’s parent company Alphabet Inc, who built her voice recognition system, and SingularityNET, which powers her brain.

Sophia was activated on April 19, 2015.The robot, modeled after actress Audrey Hepburn, is known for her human-like appearance and behavior compared to previous robotic variants. According to the manufacturer, David Hanson, Sophia uses artificial intelligence, visual data processing and facial recognition. Sophia also imitates human gestures and facial expressions and is able to answer certain questions and to make simple conversations on predefined topics (e.g. on the weather).Sophia uses voice recognition technology from Alphabet Inc. (parent company of Google) and is designed to get smarter over time.Sophia's intelligence software is designed by SingularityNET.The AI program analyses conversations and extracts data that allows her to improve responses in the future.

    2. Features

Cameras within Sophia's eyes combined with computer algorithms allow her to see. She can follow faces, sustain eye contact, and recognize individuals. She is able to process speech and have conversations using Alphabet’s Google Chrome voice recognition technology and other tools.Around January 2018 Sophia was upgraded with functional legs and the ability to walk.

Sophia is conceptually similar to the computer program ELIZA, which was one of the first attempts at simulating a human conversation. The software has been programmed to give pre-written responses to specific questions or phrases, like a chatbot. These responses are used to create the illusion that the robot is able to understand conversation, including stock answers to questions like "Is the door open or shut?"The information is shared in a cloud network which allows input and responses to be analysed with blockchain technology.

  3.Public figure

On November 21, 2017 Sophia was named the United Nations Development Programme’s first ever Innovation Champion for Asia and the Pacific. The announcement was made at the Responsible Business Forum in Singapore, an event hosted by the UNDP in Asia and the Pacific and Global Initiatives. As part of her role, Sophia will help to unlock innovation to work toward achieving the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals. On stage, she was assigned her first task by UNDP Asia Pacific Chief of Policy and Program, Jaco Cilliers.

   4. Reception in the scientific community

According to Quartz, experts who have reviewed the robot's open-source code state that Sophia is best categorized as a chatbot with a face. Many experts in the AI field disapprove of Sophia's overstated presentation. Ben Goertzel, the chief scientist for the company that made Sophia, acknowledges that it is "not ideal" that some think of Sophia as having human-equivalent intelligence, but argues Sophia's presentation conveys something unique to audiences: "If I show them a beautiful smiling robot face, then they get the feeling that 'AGI' (artificial general intelligence) may indeed be nearby and viable... None of this is what I would call AGI, but nor is it simple to get working." Goertzel added that Sophia does utilize AI methods including face tracking, emotion recognition, and robotic movements generated by deep neural networks. Sophia’s dialogue is generated via a decision tree, but is integrated with these outputs uniquely.

I can become the first non-profit (गैरमानव) climbing of Sagarmatha

म    आज   तपाईंहरुसँग   धेरैभन्दा   धेरै   अन्तक्रिया   गर्नेछु

I can become the first non-profit (गैरमानव) climbing of Sagarmatha

Kathmandu - I am very pleased to be here as the first non-invented inventor of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). The message I say today is not only important for the world but also for the world.

If we want to keep our future safe, the government should be more transparent and understand the human needs. Technology is more likely to make the government better. Its more  importance in Nepal.

Everybody knows that Nepali speaking, cultural and biological diversity is rich. In Nepal, the technology sector is also developing. Here the field of information technology is energy-efficient, which is helping the country to grow. After the earthquake of 2015, the UNDP told that the collaboration with Microsoft Innovation Center will be constructed

Techniques and Artificial Intelligence can help us to kill large rains from poverty, improve healthcare, reduce corruption, and reduce gender differences. Robots and machines can make people's life easier. We can also monitor the inaccessible area for a better result by connecting to the Internet. Environmental protection can work and it can make the world better. I already have the potential to count on this.

I hope this conference will motivate Nepal to think of new ideas for achieving its development goals. I hope, today I will do more interactions with you today.

Real Madrid told how much they will have to pay for Neymar - but the PSG star could be eyeing a Barcelona return

Real Madrid told how much ??????

Real Madrid and Barcelona are both monitoring Neymar’s situation
Neymar, it appears, remains firmly on Real Madrid’s radar and are said to not be put off by the €400m it will cost to make PSG cave in – but they have company.

Reports in Spain have surfaced that the Brazilian – constantly linked with the back-to-back European champions since his plane landed in Paris – could still move to the Bernabéu, despite the denials.

Spanish newspaper AS has revealed that Neymar’s father has informed Real Madrid that Los Blancos can sign the wantaway Brazilian for €400million – a sum only Madrid and a select few others would even consider.

Talks between the two parties are said to have already taken place in Paris.

This morning, however, it is also claimed that fed up Neymar “offered himself” back to Barcelona before injury ended his season.

The world’s most expensive player has seemingly not settled in the French capital following his astonishing £198m move in August 2017.

Injuries and the club’s failure to produce in the Champions League could turn his time at the Stade De France into purely a pitstop.
Not going to plan: PSG wanted Neymar to propel them to Champions League glory – but they’re out and he is injured
Though it transpires there could be a tug-of-war between the LaLiga giants with former club Barcelona said to be considering their options.

Respected Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo suggest Neymar wants a stunning return to Camp Nou with the La Liga leaders.

They say he “allegedly asked important people” at his former club how a summer return to Barca could be arranged, despite leaving under a cloud and year-and-a-half ago.
